TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY TO THE ALICE SPRINGS SHOW

Tickets to the 2024 Alice Springs Show are issued by the Central Australian Show Society Inc ABN 42 454 482 584 (CASS) and may be know by other names.

The ticket is sold on the condition that the holder is bound by these terms and conditions. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as any other conditions specified by CASS on its website www.alicespringsshow.com.au

  1. A ticket allows entry for that ticket type only. Only 2 day passes will be issued a wristband. If you need to leave and return on the same day, please ensure you get a wristband before departing.
  2. The ticket is issued for use only at the 2024 Alice Springs Show
  3. CASS is not liable to give a refund or exchange the ticket for any reason
  4. The operation of some attractions may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance
  5. CASS reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, displays, exhibitions and attractions and/or vary advertised programs
  6. CASS reserves the right to prohibit the use of cameras, audio and video recorders
  7. CASS reserves the right to inspect all bags and containers being brought into the Showgrounds and refuse entry to any person carrying any item that in CASS absolute discretion is dangerous or prohibited.
  8. CASS reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who's ticket is damaged, has been defaced in any way, does not have a full visible barcode or was not obtained through a seller authorised by CASS
  9. CASS reserves the right to acquire the presentation of ID and/or card on a concession sale
  10. Persons entering the Showgrounds do so at their own risk. CASS accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage to any person or thing
  11. Persons entering the Showgrounds waive all rights in relation to any photograph, drone footage, video, or image or likeness of them produced whilst attending the Alice Springs Show. CASS retains all rights in all images it produces
  12. Scoots (except for mobility scooters) skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted
  13. CASS reserves the right to refuse or remove guests from the Showgrounds for vandalism, stealing, offensive behavior, queue jumping, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these terms and conditions
  14. This ticket is not for resale, except via CASS authorised source
  15. By purchasing this ticket, the holder agrees to CASS Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. These are available for viewing on the CASS website www.alicespringshow.com.au
