Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through www.alicespringsshow.com.au , you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your: name, email, phone number, address and credit card info.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When applicable, dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with www.alicespringsshow.com.au you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Central Australian Show Society retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The costs of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
(a) View Cart
The view cart shows the items added to the cart along with the item details. You can update the entered quantity, remove it altogether from the shopping cart or even empty the entire cart too. If you are done with your shopping, click on the Checkout button to check out of the shop or continue shopping.
(b) Check Out
If you have finished shopping, click on the Check Out button. The checkout page will give you the value of the items that you have purchased along with the taxes (if available) on it. Next, select the mode of delivery of the products (for product sales only) and the shipping address. Shipping charges are now calculated and added to the item value and taxes. As a final step, select your payment method. If credit card is your chosen option, the order value will be charged to your credit card. Click on the Confirm Order button to confirm your order. Your order will be created and an email will be sent to you with the order details.
(c) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order this email will be an acknowledgment your payment has been accepted. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included.
(d) Payment
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received.
(e) Shipping and Handling Charges; Taxes
All prices do not include charges for shipping and handling, for sales/use taxes, and for other government required fees. Separate charges will be shown on the order acknowledgment for each applicable order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose for the region in which you live. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may vary
Return Policy
All sales are final. However, we do offer a return service if a received item has been sent to you damaged.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless www.alicespringsshow.com.au , its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Website of your breach of these Terms of Service.
Invalidity
If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and www.alicespringsshow.com.au. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Central Australian Show Society.

This information constitutes the Payment Terms and Conditions for the Central Australian Show Society online shop.
Payment for all items is due within 7 days of order (stock is not held for orders and may sell out if payment is not made).
Payment can be made via Credit Card on the website or by Electronic Funds Transfer to the Central Australian Show Society.
All prices published by the Central Australian Show Society are GST inclusive.
For Competitors
Entries are not included in competition events if not paid in full.
Payments for entries in competition events must be received prior to the competition closing deadline.

For Traders
Payment for all sites is due no less than 30 days before the Alice Springs annual Show.
CASS will not hold trade space for unpaid applications.
Paid Applications are allocated sites on a first in, first served systems
CASS will not refund sites based on dissatisfaction with site allocation.

Refunds
Please ensure you are happy with your purchase as CASS does not refund items due to change of mind.
Refunds will be given where we cannot supply the product requested or in the event faulty items are supplied.
Any items requiring a refund must be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
Shipping fees are never refunded.
Changes to the Payment Terms & Conditions
We may make changes to the Payment Terms & Conditions from time to time.
All changes will be posted to this document on our website, so be sure to check back periodically.
Tickets to the 2025 Alice Springs Show are issued by the Central Australian Show Society Inc ABN 42 454 482 584 (CASS) and may be know by other names.
The ticket is sold on the condition that the holder is bound by these terms and conditions. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as any other conditions specified by CASS on its website www.alicespringsshow.com.au
